Welcome, everyone!

I created this forum so that it would be a cultural melting pot. I myself love learning about different cultures and languages, so I figure there are other people out there who might enjoy it as well. As the board grows, I will update the threads to be more specific to the needs of the members, just let me know via PM or use any of the report buttons around the board.

Attacking other members will not be tolerated. The intention of this forum is to bring people from around the world together to discuss their cultures, lifestyles, food, traditions, etc, and having respect for others and their differences will help foster a better community.

Keep It Clean

X-rated material is not allowed to be posted on this forum. It cannot be linked to anywhere on this forum. If posted, it will result in an immediate permanent ban. There are people of all ages who frequent this forum, so I ask that posts are kept PG.

Stay On Topic

Staying on topic makes it easier for everyone to follow the topic being discussed. If you would like to discuss a separate topic, start a new thread in the appropriate forum. Also, do not post the same thread multiple times or in multiple sections. This will be considered spam.


Advertise – Don’t Spam

The signature function is disabled on this forum to minimize the amount of spam from spam bots and other abusive members. It is okay to post a link to your site on this forum only if it contributes to the topic being discussed. Randomly inserting your affiliate links and advertisements throughout the forum will not be tolerated, and will also be considered spam and result in a warning or permanent ban.

Copyrighted Material

Simple, if you do not own the rights to the material, do not post it on this forum. If copyrighted material is posted to this forum, the user who posted the material shall be held solely responsible. Administrators and moderators of this forum shall not be held liable for material that may violate copyright law.

Images that fall under Public Domain or have a Creative Commons/GNU license attached to them are permitted. When posting a Creative Commons/GNU image to this forum, all terms of the license must be followed before posting the image; such terms are usually outlined on the page where the image was found (Flickr is suggested for Creative Commons/GNU images).
